Dr. Woody is a recently retired Associate Professor and graduate of the Dallas Theological Seminary Counseling program with several years of ministry and business experience on Wall Street. She also served in Bible Study Fellowship for nearly fifteen years in several roles, including Teaching Leader. In the summer of 2016, she became the resident Counseling Coordinator and faculty advisor of DTS-Washington, DC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), an ordained minister, and a conference and seminar presenter. Her ongoing training and teaching interests include social and cultural issues for women and at-risk adolescents and K-12 public education reform. Her passion is to equip and empower clients through counseling interventions and creative educational strategies, especially for those who are rebuilding their lives from trauma, domestic violence, addiction, the sex industry, or incarceration. Dr. Woody is a Golden Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a member of the NAACP. She enjoys international travel, spas, cheering for her Alma maters UCLA & University of Southern California, museums, discipleship training at church, and spending time with her three adult children. She is currently a Counseling Consultant and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Two of her favorite scriptures are Isaiah 65:24- “It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear” and Romans 8:31b- “…If God is for us, who can be against us?”
Minister Michelle Allen-Lee finds her greatest joy in seeing the lives of people being transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Minister Michelle attended grade, middle, and high school in Atlanta, Georgia. She later received a bachelor’s degree from Berry College and two master’s degrees from Central Michigan University. Currently, she is completing an Educational Specialist Degree. As a child, Minister Michelle attended Salem Baptist Church where she served as a teacher in the Children’s Ministry. She later joined the staff of HOPE Christian Academy where she was a teacher and Bible scholar. Finally answering the call to serve the public as a Minister of the Gospel, she was ordained in September of 2018. She has ministered at local services, programs and homegoing ceremonies throughout Georgia, North and South Carolina. She and her family presently reside in Atlanta, Georgia, where she works as an educator and serves as the Lead Minister of the Women of F.I.R.E. Women’s Ministry at Victory Worldwide Ministries (VWM) in Union City, Georgia. Minister Michelle is also a member of the Voices of Victory Praise Team and the Board of Directors at VWM. It is her desire and honor to share the “Good News” that Jesus Christ is Lord and that He loves every one of us!
