Manager oversees the daily operations, staff coordination, resident support, and program implementation within a transitional home serving individuals in crisis. This leader ensures the home is safe, structured, and aligned with the organization’s mission. The Manager provides supervision, accountability, and compassionate guidance to both staff and residents, ensuring that all program requirements, documentation, and routines are consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential programs, social services, crisis intervention, or related leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal abilities.
