Spiritual Adviser plays a vital role in supporting residents who are rebuilding their lives after crisis. This individual provides bible‑based teaching, practical life coaching, and compassionate guidance to help residents grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. The role focuses on encouragement, structure, and empowerment—not clinical counseling—while helping residents develop healthy habits, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Qualifications

• Strong personal faith and ability to teach Scripture with clarity and compassion.
• Experience in mentoring, ministry, coaching, or working with individuals in crisis.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and follow program guidelines.
• Reliability, emotional maturity, and a heart for serving vulnerable populations.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.
