Technical Specialist is responsible for managing the digital and technical systems that support the daily operations of the transitional home. This includes maintaining online forms, managing the organization’s website, and ensuring reliable onsite internet and technology infrastructure. The Technical Specialist helps staff and residents access the tools they need while keeping systems secure, organized, and functioning smoothly.
