Board Member & Advisor plays a vital leadership role in guiding the mission, strategy, and long‑term stability of the transitional home. This individual provides oversight, professional insight, and advisory support to ensure the organization delivers safe, structured, and compassionate services to individuals in crisis. Board Members help shape policy, strengthen governance, and support the Executive Director and staff through informed decision‑making and ethical leadership.

• Experience in leadership, nonprofit governance, social services, ministry, or related fields.
