Program Ladies Mentor

Ladies Mentor provides compassionate, consistent, and empowering support to women living in a transitional home during a time of crisis and rebuilding. This mentor serves as a positive role model, encourager, and guide—helping residents develop life skills, emotional stability, healthy routines, and confidence as they work toward independence. The role focuses on relationship‑building, accountability, and supportive presence, not clinical counseling.

Qualifications

• A heart for serving women in crisis with dignity, respect, and empathy.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and follow program guidelines.
• Reliability, consistency, and a non‑judgmental attitude.
• Willingness to complete required training and background checks.
