Minister Michelle Allen-Lee is an educator, literacy leader, minister, life coach, and published children’s author who is passionate about empowering others through faith, education, and leadership. She currently serves as a School Improvement Coach, a member of the Ministerial Team at Victory Worldwide Ministries, where she encourages spiritual growth and servant leadership, and a Life Coach with Lifeologie Counseling, where she supports individuals in overcoming life’s challenges through practical guidance and personal growth. With a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology, two master’s degrees, and an Educational Specialist degree, Minister Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every opportunity to spread the Word of God. Through teaching, coaching, and speaking, she inspires others to live with faith, courage, and intentionality. She is also the author of the published children’s book, “Grandma Nell’s Basement”, which reflects her commitment to inspiring young minds through literacy. Minister Michelle believes that everyone has been uniquely created with divine purpose. Led by God, her mission is to encourage and empower everyone to draw closer to Him, listen attentively for His voice, and walk boldly in the calling He has placed on their lives. Through teaching, mentoring, and speaking, she inspires women to embrace healing, strengthen their faith, and confidently fulfill God’s purpose, knowing that when they trust Him completely, He will faithfully direct their steps.
