Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and programmatic operations of the group home. This role ensures that all required activities—such as community service, classes, check‑ins, documentation, and renewals—are completed accurately and on time. The Coordinator serves as the central point of accountability, tracking progress, maintaining records, and supporting staff and residents to ensure compliance, and a positive living environment
Qualifications
- Experience in residential programs, social services, case management, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to track multiple tasks, deadlines, and requirements simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and digital documentation.
