The HR & Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and optimizing time schedules for all staff and volunteers. This role ensures that daily operations are fully staffed, schedules are accurate and up to date, and communication flows smoothly across teams. The Coordinator supports both HR functions and volunteer engagement, helping create a positive, well-structured environment where people feel informed, valued, and set up for success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, volunteer coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, or workforce management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
